App Content Removal Request

New Beginnings Global Methodist Church provides this page so users of the Connect With My Church app can request removal of their content and personal data, consistent with app store requirements.

What You Can Request

You may ask us to remove your app account, your profile information, any content you have submitted (such as comments, prayer requests, or uploaded media), and other personal data associated with your use of the app.

How to Submit a Request

Send a request to nbmc309@gmail.com from the email address associated with your app account, or complete our request form. Please include your name and the email or username tied to your account so we can locate and verify it.

What Happens Next

Once we verify your request, we will remove the requested content and personal data from the app within 30 days. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it by law, for legitimate accounting or record-keeping purposes, or in secure backups that are overwritten on a regular cycle. Any retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy.
